What happens after the 14-day trial? +
Your card is charged at the Growth rate for your selected user count. You can cancel any time before day 14 and you won't be charged.
Can I change plans later? +
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change user count at any time. Pricing adjusts on your next billing cycle.
Is the pricing really per user? +
Yes — every seat counts. We don't charge for inactive users if you remove them from your account before the next billing cycle.
What counts as a 'user'? +
Any employee who has an active idealAi account. Admins, managers, and frontline staff all count equally.
Do you offer non-profit or education pricing? +
Yes. Contact us via the walkthrough form and we'll discuss options.
What payment methods do you accept? +
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Invoice billing is available on Enterprise plans.
